Seven Spartans headed to state after regional showing (1)

Emporia High School competed in the 5A regional track and field meet Friday at Wichita-Northwest.

The Spartans garnered impressive results across the board, placing in the top five in a plethora of events. The top four in each event qualified for next week’s state track and field meet at Wichita State University.
