My stress over identifying the correct antifreeze was quickly relieved after getting such kind and helpful information from the employee (and a manager?) (especially the employee with red hair- I should have noticed his name because I am grateful to him).

After going to O'Reilly's in American Fork I will never go to any other auto parts store. They treated me like family especially Jay he helped me out in every way that he could. I appreciate the excellent customer service. They treated me like family and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They are honest, trustworthy, and dependable. I give this store and the employees 5 stars.

This store is easy to navigate, and the employees are extremely helpful. I purchased new headlight bulbs, and when I asked the young man at the counter to verify that they were correct, he was already doing that. He also helped me change them, and was cheerful even though it was cold outside. Great experience, will definitely be going back.

This is the BEST location! Jay and Luis were so helpful! I got my battery from another place and they didn’t have the a battery saver to put in the new battery. I went to this location where they actually found that I was given the wrong model from the other location. They were almost closed and still made sure I got my new upgraded battery and they made sure I got everything I needed. Seriously made my day when I was dreading getting a new battery. I recommend going here for any help!

I’m from out of town and had issues with my battery. Sam was so great to help me and even install the battery for me! There was even a customer named Brian who stepped in to help with the install because the battery was hard to get out and required 2 people. And let’s be honest I’m a woman and in my work clothes I was not to excited to jump in and help but customer Brian and Sam got the job done! Thanks so much!

Had to get a new alternator and break pads for my truck. Had to order alternator and got break pads while I was picking up the other. Was helped right away and it got a little busy while there.

Clean and well organized. I asked for power steering fluid, and Jay made sure to check if that's what I needed for my car's model, and he even showed me where to put it in and how to check the level. Very helpful! Thanks Jay!

These guys are awesome. Willing to help when their competitors aren't. Went to an AutoZone and they didn't want to replace a battery for me so I tried O'Reilly out and they were extremely accommodating. Replaced the battery and was out within about 10 minutes. Thanks O'Reilly!
