OReilly always treats me well, but this location specifically is some of the best customer service I receive anywhere. Genuine employees who take you exactly where you need to go, rather than just pointing it out. They explain pros and cons of what I’m looking for, and don’t pressure me into getting anything outrageously expensive. Thank you for always being a wonderful experience.

Robert, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. He went above and beyond to help my wife and I. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Had to stop there with my mother due to her air was not work. I wish I got name it was at 2pm on 7/7 the women first help greeting me immediately. And thru the whole visit when over and beyond. Also a gentlemen came out to the car to see if he could troubleshoot problem. They were both focused on the best customer service. Being in the service industry myself, people like that are so hard to find. I do not do these very often. The only time I do is if something is super super horrible or like this overly outstanding!
I hope when you read this you go out of your way to do something for them!

I came in with my automatic door locks not working, and Robert was so nice and helpful. He figured out the problem quickly and got the fuse replaced for me. I’m so thankful to have them nearby!!! Highly recommend 🙏🏼

I was so thankful for this wonderful team who installed a new battery in my car and checked the alternator as well! They were so efficient, friendly and helpful!! Great job!!

Friendly, helpful - the staff goes above and beyond to assist with questions. They even helped my wife replace headlights and vehicle batteries in with no charge. I highly recommend them!

I would like to give a shout out to William at O'Reilly's in Niceville my starter went bad in my truck last night my warranty was to run out in 9 days the other workers did not want to listen to what I had to say or believe me they was trying to tell me my key switch was bad William listen to me check my starter for me out of three checks one was bad and he replaced my starter for me before my warranty ran out the next 9 days no one else wanted to do it they wanted to blame it on my key switch so thank you William I really appreciate you buddy I will refer people to you every chance I get

If you are in the Niceville area, this is the place to go! I'm not sure if I can say enough good things about William. He was knowledgeable about the products in the store and genuinely cared, and courteous to the point where I was surprised! You're just not seeing the customer service anymore. Thank you!

My father and I came in looking to replace our headlights and had a few questions because some other complications. Caleb was on shift and offered as much help as he could and even went out to the car with us to check it out. Great service.

I was having battery problems and went to O’Reily’s to have my battery check. William, without hesitation, grabbed his tester and came straight out and checked it as well as the alternator. Needed a new battery. William installed it right there in the parking lot and in the rain.

The guy that worked there was fantastic I windshield wiper went out on my driver side of my Cadillac and of course I didn't know how to change it so I went in and bought it and he was more than happy to go out there and put it on for me good job I tipped him he didn't want to accept the tip but I was like hey you know you did me a favor so I wish I could remember his name but I can't unfortunately but anyway happy holidays everybody they did a great job at O'Reilly's

O'Reilly Auto Parts is it extremely helpful place to visit when you're in need of Auto Parts. The staff always have a friendly smile when you walk in and are extremely helpful to any need that you may have for your vehicle. They're always on time, quick fast and efficient.
