Human Resources (HR) Manager: HRIS and Global Services
About UsIn Q4 2023, our company announced Altera will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024 with ongoing support from our company. This position is associated with that standalone business strategy and is expected to transition fully to a standalone company at some time in the future, with an anticipated target of Jan 1, 2025.

Role Overview
As the HR Manager for HRIS and Global Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to our global workforce. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design, development, and operational support of our HR information systems, as well as leading a team of HR professionals who provide essential employee services. Collaboration with HR stakeholders will be key to ensure our HR systems meet business needs and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Global Services team to deliver superior employee services, including benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, and executive services.
Oversee the development and operational support of HRIS to support HR processes such as talent acquisition, payroll, onboarding, and performance management.
Drive innovation in HR service delivery through the implementation of contact center technology and self-service solutions.
Ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient HR operations management policies and practices.
Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to design scalable and effective IT solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in HRIS to ensure solutions remain innovative and aligned with industry best practices.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the HRIS team, setting clear goals and metrics for success.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HRIS solutions and integration with existing systems.
Demonstrate expertise in Workday, including implementation and optimization of functionalities.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in HR service delivery and HRIS.
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business.
Innovative mindset with a focus on identifying and implementing new technologies and trends.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in leading operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working Model
This role is available as fully remote, with occasional visits to our websites based on business needs. A hybrid work model may also be considered.
